• Prior to joining Castex in 2014, Aaron was a Director at NGP Capital Resources Company where he was responsible for originating, structuring and managing control and non-control oriented investments in E&P, coal and midstream sectors.

• Aaron previously worked in the Energy and Natural Resources Group at Bank of America in Houston.

• Aaron graduated with high honors from the University of Texas with a B.B.A. in Finance and is a CFA Charterholder.
